Public, Community and Municipal Relations: LMG PS delivers successful communications campaigns for its clients. Several years of federal and state policy experience, ballot initiatives, political campaigns, municipal campaigns, public / private partnership implementation and creation and delivery of succinct messages make the difference. LMG PS provides a range of public relations services, including strategic counsel, effective message delivery, communications strategy, and public / private partnership strategy.

Communication: Building a communications plan and pitching the plan to the community, municipality and media is an important component for many clients. We build communication plans specific to each client’s needs after identifying goals and outcomes that define success. Typically a plan includes interaction with the public and the media and often the opportunity to educate both groups at events hosted specifically to share information such as public outreach meetings. Tools we create and distribute include press releases, media kits, flyers, fact sheets, mailers, door-to-door polling devices, telephone questionnaires and one-on-one interview instruments. There is no substitute for citizen input.

Outreach: Reach your targeted audience with a specifically designed campaign executed block by block. Demographics are the key to understanding who you want to reach and why.

Grassroots Development: Working at the grassroots level is one of the most effective ways to influence lawmakers and ballot initiatives. Involvement in government at the grassroots level is extremely compelling and effective.

Public-Private Partnerships: Capitalizing on opportunities with private companies who partner with non-profits is more important in today’s economy than ever. This may involve public finance strategies such as tax credits, tax abatements, legislative action and other public finance tools.
